Rosenberg is roughly 60 miles from our Santa Fe headquarters — on the far side of the Houston metro in Fort Bend County, generally over an hour’s drive depending on route and traffic. It’s a historic railroad town on US-59/69 that’s seeing significant new residential growth, with communities like Holly Ridge, Brookewater, and several other large developments underway from builders and developers moving into the area. We’re noting the distance here because it’s meaningfully farther than the rest of our service area, not to talk it down — for the right project, our team will travel for it.

Our Build on Your Lot program works the same way in Rosenberg as it does closer to home: go Bilmar Classic with one of our streamlined floor plans for a faster, more affordable build, or go Bilmar Signature with a design built around your specific property. We offer in-house construction financing to keep your build on track — buyers arrange their own long-term mortgage separately once the home is complete. Given the drive, we’d plan site visits and meetings a bit more deliberately than we do for our closer markets.
